About full circle press
As an educator and consultant, I would attend large conferences around the country. I loved hearing speakers share important stories of transformation, hope and community.
These speakers had stories like yours, where they:
During these conferences, I’d wander the speakers’ booths.
I was so disappointed to find these leaders and change makers didn’t have a book to share their stories with wider audiences.
Or worse.
Some speakers had written and self-published, but didn’t feel proud of how their books looked. Sad design. Awkward flow. Grammar and spelling errors.
And I get it.
Writing and publishing a book is hard.
It takes discipline, time and confidence to write. It’s sometimes lonely.
And then there’s the stress of figuring out how to publish and get your story out there.
It’s a lot of work.
But I couldn’t leave these important stories untold.
I wanted to provide a platform for educators and change makers to share their stories – without sacrificing their autonomy and authority.
And that’s why Full Circle Press was born.
Our team knows first-hand how overwhelming (and sometimes lonely) it can be to write and publish your story.
The FCP Team are all published (or soon-to-be published) authors.
We’ve been in your shoes.
We’ve suffered the same self-doubt and criticism.
It’s important to surround yourself with people who’ve been there before to guide and support your author’s journey.
And to laugh and probably cry a little with you, too.
The Full Circle Press community and resources give you the support we wish we had when we wrote our stories.
Home: My family splits our time between southern California & Costa Rica
Fave thing about working with Full Circle team: I love working with such purpose-driven people… both our team members & the authors we get to serve. It’s such a privilege and a gift.
Current inspiration: The quote by Dr. Maya Angelou, “When you learn, teach; when you get, give” and my sunrise walks on the beach.
Home: Baltimore County, Maryland
Fave thing about working with Full Circle team: Being able to help first-time authors realize their dreams of writing and publishing their books.
Current inspiration: I’ve been working on extending myself grace in this season of my life. This Brene Brown quote is helping me do just that: “Grace means that all of your mistakes now serve a purpose instead of serving shame.”
Home: Duluth, GA is my main hub, yet you can find me at any given time in Texas, Florida or wherever in the world there is strong wi-fi…
Fave thing about working with Full Circle team: I love sharing in the excitement a new author gets when they are in the final stages of publishing their book after all their hard work.
Current inspiration: My son’s curiosity and love of life continually remind me of the importance of being present in each moment.
Home: Ohio
Fave thing about working with Full Circle Team: The team’s unified vision to see FCP succeed, helping clients make their story a reality, & our leadership’s trust in the expertise of our team.
Current inspiration: Knowing that good and abundance awaits me. It helps me to rest in the moment in the season I’m in instead of trying to race to the future.
Home: I currently live in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.
Fave thing about working with Full Circle team: The people that I get to work with. I thoroughly enjoy learning more professionally, as well as personally. The people here at FCP help me grow and evolve and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Current inspiration: The quote “Our backs tell stories that no books have the spine to carry.”
